We’re Updating Our Usage Policies!

Effective December 17th, 2015, we’re updating our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Secure Application Service Agreement. We’re making a few tweaks to accommodate some new tools and practices that’ll improve your experience with us. If you’re interested in the nitty-gritty, we recommend perusing the actual documents—but we’ll provide a quick overview of the major changes here.

Bank Sync API Terms

We’ve integrated a new service that allows Fundera, with your permission, to connect to your bank account and retrieve your transaction information. With that data, we can help you auto-fill form fields, submit applications without printing and scanning bank statements, and  monitor and improve the health of your business. We’re updating our terms with clear language on privacy and security implications accordingly.

Call Recording

Like many other businesses invested in their customer service, we keep records of your conversations with our staff. We try hard to learn from those moments of disappointment or delight in our calls with you, so we can do less of the first and more of the second. Our new terms help clarify our practice and your rights.
