At The White Moustache in Brooklyn, one entrepreneur is making luxurious treats the way only a small business can. Now, we’re not talking cupcakes, pie, or pudding… We’re talking yogurt.

Yogurt is a craft Homa’s been perfecting since her childhood in Iran. She says the difference between her small-batch creations and most mass-produced yogurt is “like the difference between silk sheets and cotton sheets.” Each creamy, decadent, single-serve glass jar takes three days to make, and comes topped with the shop’s signature white moustache.
